Direction - How is prepare Akyeke

• In large a bowl, mix attieke and water
• After complete absorption of water, stir attieke with a fork.
• Under low heat, pour attieke into a pan and steam while stirring for about 4 minutes or Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Remove from from heat and bowl in a large bowl
• Add oil, tuna, diced onion & pepper, salt and cube. Stir to combine
• Serve warm with stew of choice.
