CANCELLATION POLICY
5. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND
5.1 Buyer may only cancel his/her placed order prior to the payment of Buyer’s Monies into OneAfrica Guarantee Account.
5.2 The Buyer may and/or can apply for the return of the purchased item(s) and the refund for monies paid on the purchased item(s) prior to the expiration of OneAfrica Guarantee Period, where/if applicable, subject to and in agreement with OneAfrica’s Refunds and Return Policy. Kindly read on OneAfrica’s Refunds and Return Policy for further information.
5.3 OneAfrica reserves the sole right to accept to cancel any transaction(s) on the Site and the Buyer agrees and accepts that his/her remedy will be to receive a refund of the payment of item(s) by Buyer’s Monies once paid into OneAfrica Guarantee Account.
5.4 If you have redeemed OneAfrica Coin for your transaction and you are successful in obtaining a refund based on OneAfrica’s Refunds and Return Policy, OneAfrica shall refund the monies you have actually paid for the item and credit back any redeemed OneAfrica Coin to your Account separately.
5.5 OneAfrica does not monitor the cancellation, return and refund process for offline payment.
5.6 Refunds to Buyers shall be made to their Credit/Debit cards, Mobile money wallet or verified and validated bank accounts within five (5) days of the return or refund request being approved.
