REAL DOTAL WHITE SAUVIGNON BLANC (ORGANIC WHITE WINE)

The grapes are harvested during the second fortnight of August. After a short cold maceration period followed by sedimentation the must is fermented, with absolute limpidity. Fermentation is slow and at 16ºC to preserve the valued raw material..

Colour: Limpid and translucent, pale yellow in color with iridescences which bring to mind white gold..

Aroma: The variety demonstrate their potential in the bouquet with the harmonious conjunction of white fruits aromas (orange blossom, peach, pear), apple and herbal aromas (fennel and aniseed).

Taste: The bouquet is confirmed on the palate and the sensations of volume and balanced with acidity afterwards. A

harmony that can leave no one indifferent.

Best Served: Recommended with aperitif, starters, salads, fish and selfish. Best served cold (6-8º C)
